How to start a return
- Email support@glacierpup.com with your order number
- Tell us what didn't work (it helps us improve — but it won't affect your refund)
- We'll send simple return instructions and process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
Items should be in reasonably clean condition.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping. If the mat arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we cover everything — just send us a photo, and in most cases we'll replace it without asking for the return at all.
